Summary

When using the Internet Explorer browser and ASDF4 as the authentication mode, users can not log into the Work Portal.

Symptoms

Is not possible to log into the Work Portal using ASDF4 Authentication on Internet Explorer.

Cause

This error occurs when the user wants to log in using ASDF4 authentication in Internet Explorer Protected Mode.

Solution

To avoid this error, disable Protected Mode by going to your Internet Explorer Security options and unselect the Enable Protected Mode checkbox.
