Clean cookies and browser history after Bizagi maintenance

Summary

After Bizag's scheduled downtime you might experience problems when trying to log in to one or more sites, such as 
  • run.bizagi.com
  • manage.bizagi.com
  • Support platform
  • Bizagi e-learning
  • Personal, Professional and Workgroup subscriptions in Modeler Service
  • Community Forums
  • Studio Collaboration trial

The following instructions will guide you to clean your browser's cookies so your browser can work with Bizagi's new configuration.

What you need to do?

 

Close all Bizagi Modeler and Bizagi Studio applications you have opened, if you have any.

Internet Explorer 9 and 10

- Click on the tools icon in the upper right corner of the browser and select Internet Options.
- On the General tab, click Clear in the browsing history section.
- Un-check all boxes except temporary Internet files and Cookies.
- Click Delete and then click OK.
- Close and reopen the browser.

Internet Explorer 11

- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the browser
- Select Security and then Delete history.
- Un-check all options except Temporary Internet files and Web site files.
- Click Delete.
- Close and reopen the browser.

Microsoft Edge

- Click the button of the 3 lines in the upper right corner.
- Go to Settings and look for Clear Browsing data.
- Click Choose what to clear
- Select the option of Cookies and saved website data
- Finally click the Clear button

Google Chrome

- In the upper right, click the three dots button and then go to Settings.
- On the "Privacy and security" section, click Clear browsing data.
- Un-check all boxes except Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear data

Google Chrome (Android)
- In the upper right corner click the three dots button and then go to Settings
- In the "Advanced settings" section, click Privacy
- Click Delete browsing data
- Un-check all boxes except Site data and cookies
- Click Clear data

Safari

- Select Safari> Preferences, and click Privacy
- Click the button: Manage website data ...
- It will show you a list with the stored data. Under the site name, you will see the type of data stored (cache, cookies, etc.)
- To delete cookies from a specific website, use the search engine to search for that site (for example bizagi.com) and select it.
- Click Delete to delete only the data for that website
- To delete all data from all websites, use the Delete all button

Safari (iPhone) 

- Open the iPhone Settings
- Go to Safari
- Select Clear history and data

Mozilla Firefox

 - Click the button with the 3 lines in the upper right corner
- Select Options
On the left side, select Privacy & Security
- In the "Cookies and site data" section, click Clear data ...
- Un-check all boxes except Cookies and site data.
- Click Clean
