Symptoms

When entering an activity in the Work Portal that contains controls of a Virtualized Entity, the following error is displayed:

Cause

This issue is normally caused by:

• An error in the Virtualization configuration
• A change in the source of the database definition

Solution

Make sure that the source of your Virtualized Entities has been correctly defined.
