Inbox does not show sorting options

Summary

Bizagi Work Portal allows you to sort your Inbox by any of the columns displayed. Nevertheless, when a specific Business option configuration is active, the columns do not display the sorting options.

Symptoms

The columns of the Bizagi Work Portal Inbox cannot be sorted: they do not show the sorting options.

Cause

This problem is caused when the project is using a Group cases by case number configuration.

Solution

Follow the next steps in order to enable the sorting options:

1. Open the project with Bizagi Studio.

2. Go to Configuration menu and click Business.


3. Go to Advanced menu and then, under Project Options properties and disable the Group Cases by Case Number option.


4. Finally, click in Ok to save changes.
