Problems with Push notifications

If you experiment delays on receiving notifications or you are not receiving them, this may be related to third-party apps which are blocking Bizagi from sending push notifications. Follow the steps below according with your device or operative system.
If the problem persists, contact us.


Operating systems

Check your battery optimization settings to avoid that Bizagi is being prevented from sending you Push notifications.

Android 6.0.1 or newer

1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2. Select Battery.
3. Tap the Overflow menu icon (three dot icon) and choose Battery Optimization.
4. Tap the downward caret and choose All apps.
5. Tap Bizagi, then tap Don't optimize.

Android 7 and 8

1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2. Select Apps.
3. Find and tap Bizagi.
4. Select Battery, then tap Battery Optimization.
5. From here, select Apps not optimized option and change it to All apps.
6. Find Bizagi in this list and set to Don't optimize.

Android 9

1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2. Select Battery.
3. Choose Adaptive Battery.
4. Tap Restricted apps, and make sure Bizagi is not listed.


Third-party apps

Clean Master

This app manages custom battery saving and RAM

1. Visit the app's Tools tab.
2. Select the Notification Cleaner.
3. Tap the gear icon.
4. Disable this feature for Bizagi.

Security master

This app may be blocking Bizagi from sending you notifications
1. Visit the app's Notification Cleaner.
2. Tap the gear icon.
3. Make sure that Bizagi is unchecked and listed under Apps - Notifications Allowed.


Devices

Below you find the list of devices and models which may block Bizagi from sending notifications

Asus Zenfone

1. Make sure that Bizagi is set to auto-start

1.1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
1.2. Tap Power Management.
1.3. Select Auto-start Manager.
1.4. Find Bizagi and make sure it's enabled.

2. List Bizagi as a protected app

2.1. From the app drawer, tap Mobile Manager.
2.2. Tap Boost.
2.3. Tap Enable Super Boost, then select Protected app list.
2.4. Verify that Bizagi is on the list.


Asus Zenfone 2

Make sure that Bizagi begins on startup
1. From the app drawer, tap Apps.
2. Tap Auto-start manager.
3. Toggle Bizagi to Allow

Huawei Honor 6

1. List Bizagi as a protected app

1.1 From the app drawer, tap Settings.
1.2 Tap Power Saving.
1.3 Tap Protected apps.
1.4 Toggle Bizagi to enable.

2. Enable Bizagi in the Notification Manager

2.1 From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2.2 Tap Notification Manager.
2.3 Select Notify for Bizagi to receive push notifications.


Huawei Honor 8

1. List Bizagi as a protected app

1.1 From the app drawer, tap Settings.
1.2 Tap Advanced Settings.
1.3 Tap Battery Manager.
1.4 Tap Protected apps (or Close apps after screen lock).
1.5 Toggle Bizagi to enable.

2. Ignore battery optimizations for Bizagi

2.1 From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2.2 Tap Apps.
2.3 Tap Advanced.
2.4 Select Ignore battery optimizations.
2.5 Choose Bizagi and ignore the app.

3. Allow notifications from Bizagi

3.1 From the app drawer, tap Settings.
3.2 Select the Notification Panel & Status Bar.
3.3 Tap Notification Center and find Bizagi.
3.4 Make sure that Allow Notifications and Priority Display are active.


Huawei P8 lite

1. Enable Bizagi to run at startup

1.1 From the app drawer, tap Phone Manager.
1.2 Swipe left and tap Startup Manager.
1.3 Tap Bizagi and ensure that it's set to run automatically at system startup.

2. Allow notifications from Bizagi

2.1 From the app drawer, tap Phone Manager.
2.2 Swipe left and tap Notification Manager.
2.3 Tap Rules and make sure that Bizagi is set up to send notifications to the notification panel. Check if any other settings in this view may be blocking notifications.


Huawei Mate 8 and Nova Plus

Make sure that Bizagi is exempt from your device's battery optimization features:
1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2. Tap Advanced Settings.
3. Tap Battery Manager.
4. Tap Protected apps.
5. Toggle Bizagi to enable.

Lenovo

Enable the auto-start setting for the Bizagi app:
1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2. Tap Power Manager.
3. Select Background app management.
4. Toggle Bizagi to Allow auto-start.

OnePlus (Android 7.0 and earlier)

Make sure that Bizagi is set to auto-launch:
1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
4. Select App Autolaunch.
5. Toggle Bizagi to enable.

OnePlus (Android 8.0 and later)

1. Check that app storage is set to clear normally

1.1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
1.2. Tap Advanced.
1.3. Select Recent apps management.
1.4. Ensure that Normal clear is enabled.

2. Exclude Bizagi from battery optimization

2.1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2.2. Tap Battery, then Battery Optimization.
2.3. Tap Apps not optimized and select All apps.
2.4. Find Bizagi and ensure it's set to Don't optimize.


OnePlus 3

Adjust your battery optimization to allow notifications from Bizagi when it's running in the background:
1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2. Tap Battery.
3. Select Battery Optimization.
4. Tap the Overflow menu (three dot menu) in the top right of that screen.
5. Select Advanced Optimization.
6. Toggle Bizagi to off.

Samsung

1. Prioritize notifications from Bizagi

1.1. From the device drawer/shade, tap Settings.
1.2. Tap Apps.
1.3. Select Bizagi.
1.4. Under App Setting, tap Notifications.
1.5. Select Messages & Mentions. If your device uses Android 9, tap Advanced.
1.6. Select Do Not Disturb Custom Exception.

2. Exclude Bizagi from battery optimization

2.1.From the app drawer, tap Settings.
2.2.Tap Device management.
2.3.Select Battery.
2.4.Tap Unmonitored apps.
2.5.Add Bizagi to this list.


Xiaomi

1. Check that Bizagi is given permission to autostart

1.1.From the app drawer, tap Security.
1.2.Tap Permissions.
1.3.Tap Autostart.
1.4.Toggle Bizagi to enable.

2. Ignore battery restrictions for Bizagi

2.1.From the device drawer/shade, tap Settings.
2.2.Select Manage Apps’ Battery Usage.
2.3.Tap Apps.
2.4.Tap Bizagi, then tap No Restrictions.

3. Allow notifications from Bizagi

3.1.From the device drawer/shade, tap Settings.
3.2.Select App Notifications.
3.3.Tap Bizagi.
3.4.Toggle on Set as priority.

Problems with badge count

If you experiment issues with the number displayed in the Bizagi icon, this may be caused by an issue with your phone. Try one of these options to fix it.

  • Delete the Bizagi icon by dragging it to the trash can icon (usually located on the top of the screen), then drag a new Bizagi icon out of your app drawer into your home screen.
  • Uninstall Bizagi. Go to Settings > Device > Applications > Application manager > More > Show system apps > BadgeProvider > Storage (path may vary depending on your phone) or to your badge count app, tap Clear Data, and then reinstall Bizagi.
  • Go to Settings > System > Developer options and make sure that the option Do not keep activities is turned off. If you do not have developer options, skip this.
  • Go to Settings > Device > Applications > Application manager > Bizagi > Storage and tap Clear Data. You have to log in again in your project after you perform this.

Options
