The number of the current elements is greater than the value calculated based on the Loop Cardinality Type


When using sub-processes you can configure to create a fixed number of sub-process instances. When this is the case and it happens that the parent process attempts to create more instances than the specified number in the Integer Constant field, in run-time, the process parent process will not be able to create those instances and an error message will display.

When working on the Work Portal an end user clicks Next to finish a task, and the sub-process creation shows an error:


This problem occurs when the number of sub-process instances to be created is greater than the specified ammount of subprocesses in the Subprocess Configuration menu.


Control the number of instances to be created through expressions, ensuring the ammount match the number configured previously.
