Work portal logo cannot be changed. The new image is not displayed


Bizagi allows you to modify the corporate logo displayed in the Work Portal. Sometimes, the change has no effect and the logo changed is not displayed. This behavior is caused because the user account has not the right privileges on Bizagi folders.

Bizagi Work Portal displays the default logo even though it has been changed.


The user account used to start the Application Pool in IIS does not have enough read/write permissions for the Bizagi folders.


Give enough read/write permissions for the Bizagi folder (usually located in C:\Bizagi\Projects\ProjectName) to the user who starts up the Application Pool.
