Identify cases with multiple allocated users with Query forms

Summary

When a task has several users allocated, Bizagi shows the first user on that list when performing a query to obtain the current user's full name taking into account all Bizagi users. This may cause some confusion when the query is performed. This article explains how to mark these cases to identify them when using Query forms.

Steps

Follow the next steps in order to mark the cases with multiple allocated users on your Query forms:

1. In Bizagi Studio, go to Expert View and select Internal on the localization menu.

2. Type in Object name “knowing”. Bizagi’s object to identify the special cases will appear.

3. Type in below the language column, the text you wish to see when performing your queries:
