Symptoms

When the user tries to open Bizagi Work portal in Windows Edge browser, the portal does not load and the browser displays a warning message like this:

Cause

This problem is presented when the project is locally deployed, that is, the Work Portal is opened from the same machine hosting the application. It is a Microsoft known bug: Microsoft Edge is not able to resolve locally using the hostname.

Solution

We provide a workaround for this issue:

• Use your server IP address instead of the hostname.
  i.e. 172.16.1.118/BizagiProcess instead of MyComputerName/BizagiProcess

• Access the Work Portal from another machine.
