Symptoms

When trying to open the Forms Designer one of these messages is displayed:

Cause

Oracle 32 bit ODAC is not installed on your computer. It's necessary to have this component because Bizagi Form's Desinger works with Oracle 32 bit ODAC.

Solution

In order to fix this error, install Oracle 32 bit ODAC.
You may download this component from Oracle.com.
It is also necessary to verify if the following dynamic link libraries are installed (DLL): msvcr71.dll and mfc71.dll in C:\windows\SysWOW64.
