Failed to log into Modeler - An error occurred while sending the request

Summary

When using Bizagi Modeler, for enterprise subscriptions, special considerations must be taken into account.
When attempting to log into Bizagi Modeler desktop application an error message is displayed and is not possible to log in.

Applies to

Bizagi Modeler 3.8, Enterprise subscriptions.

An error message is shown when trying log into the Bizagi Modeler desktop application:

Solution

Using Modeler desktop application

1.    Go to the File tab.
2.    Go to the Options menu.
3.    Select the Proxy section.
4.    Enter the proxy settings: Type of proxy, host's URL, port, Username and password.
5.    Test the proxy connection and then click OK.
