Summary

Warning messages are shown while opening Bizagi Studio, causing a failure on the Application startup.

Symptoms

Bizagi Studio cannot be opened. Error messages are shown when starting up the software.

Cause

Bizagi Studio requires using specific accesses that must be available during the application startup. Some of these accesses are blocked by the Internet Security Option, and need to be added as trusted sites.

Solution

Add the following URLs to the browser's trusted sites:

http://www.bizagi.com
http://ajax.googleapis.com
https://model.bizagi.com  
https://account.bizagi.com


On Windows:
1.    Go to the Control Panel.
2.    Click on Network and Internet, then click Internet Options.
3.    Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
4.    Enter the URLs of your Trusted Sites, then click Add.
5.    Click Close and then OK.

On Google Chrome:
1.    Click the Google Chrome Menu icon on the far right of the Address bar.
2.    Click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
3.    Go to Network menu and Click on Change proxy settings.
4.    Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
5.    Enter the URLs of your Trusted Sites, then click Add.
6.    Click Close and then OK.

On Internet Explorer:
1.    Click the Internet Explorer Tools Menu icon on the far right of the Address bar (gear icon).
2.    Click on Internet Options.
3.    Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
4.    Enter the URLs of your Trusted Sites, then click Add.
5.    Click Close and then OK.
