When using Internet Explorer as the browser for the workportal, the work portal can't be shown. The message displayed on the browser is The website cannot display the page.

Symptoms

When trying to open the Work Portal for the first time this error appears:

    Your PC doesn't trust this website certificate.

    Error code: DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA

Cause

This error is caused when trying to open a the Work Portal with a self-signed certificate. The security configuration of IE will not let the portal load in some security configurations.

Solution

To avoid this error, go to your Internet Properties:

And in the Advance tab disable the following options under the security title:

•      Check for publisher's certificate revocation
•      Check for server certificate revocation*
•      Check for signatures on downloaded programs
•      Warn about certificate address mismatch*
