Summary

When using Document Templates, it is not allowed to use multi-lines for lists due to a restriction in the library used to  parse and generate documents.

Symptoms

When trying to send an email, the following error appears in the Work Portal.

Cause

This error is caused when trying to generate lists with multiples lines. That is to say, when adding several lines between the tags [FOREACH] and [END] in the Document Template.

Solution

To avoid this error, use only one line as shown in the following image
